How should I eat this?


Any way you like! Spoon it straight from the jar, swirl it into oatmeal or yogurt, spread it on toast, or drizzle it on pancakes and ice cream. There's no wrong way to go Udderly Nuts.

Are the toppings mixed in or just on top?

Every jar is hand-stirred to mix toppings throughout the peanut butter. You’ll get flavor in every spoonful—not just the top.

Is your peanut butter smooth or crunchy?

Our peanut butter base is relatively smooth, but toppings like cookies and candies add texture. Think dessert-style peanut butter with a crunch here and there.

Is your peanut butter gluten free?

Some of our base nut butters are gluten-free, but many flavors contain cookies, crackers, or inclusions with gluten. Always check the ingredient label on each jar to be sure.

Where can I find nutrition information?

Every jar has a nutrition label printed on the back. You can also find nutritional info and ingredients on the product page of our website.

What kind of texture/consistency should I expect?

Spoonable, and thick—but never runny. We make small-batch peanut butter that’s rich and indulgent, almost like a cookie dough product.

Do you have a sampler or trial size?

Yes! Our Bitty Butter Box lets you sample multiple mini jars so you can find your favorites before committing to full-size jars.

Product Storage

Do I need to refrigerate my peanut butter?

Nope! We recommend storing at room temperature for the best texture. If you like a firmer spread, refrigeration is fine too—but it’s not required.

What is the shelf life of Udderly Nuts peanut butter?

For peak freshness, enjoy within 30 days of opening. Check the bottom or back of the jar for the “Best By” date (6 months from production date).

Why is there oil on top of my jar?

Natural separation happens with real ingredients. Just give it a quick stir—it’s totally normal and nothing to worry about.

Order Questions

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes! Build your own box and get your favorite flavors delivered monthly with perks like free test jars, free shipping, and a discount on every order.

Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely! You’re in full control. You can manage your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.

Help! I put the wrong address on my order. What do I do?

Email us at support@udderlynuts.com ASAP with your order number. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually fix it.

Unfortunately, if your product has already shipped, we are unable to refund your order unless the fault is on our end.

My order is wrong or an item is missing. What do I do?

So sorry! Email us with your order number and what’s missing—we’ll make it right.

I don't like my product... Can I exchange or return it?

Because our products are perishable, we can’t accept returns. But if something’s not right, let us know—we want every experience to be a good one.

My jar seal is broken. Is it safe to eat?

If the seal is not intact, contact us via email and we'll make it right.

Where are my toppings?

They’re in there! Some toppings may sink or be mixed in. Give your jar a stir or dig a little deeper—trust us, it’s worth it.

Shipping Questions

Where do you ship from?

All orders are made and shipped from our HQ in Butler, Missouri.

When will my order ship?

Due to extremely high order volume, orders typically ship within 7-10 business days.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, but please keep in mind, duties and taxes are not included in shipping charges and are paid by the recipient prior to delivery.

If an order is refused by customs or if you, the customer, refuse to pay import fees, your package may be abandoned and you will not be eligible for a refund of any kind. By ordering, you agree to these terms.

Why is shipping so expensive?

Peanut butter is heavy, and we package with care to prevent damage. All subscription orders as well as any orders over $75 ship free!

My package says delivered but it is not here. Help!

Sometimes carriers mark things as delivered early. Give it 24 hours and check with neighbors. Still missing? Let us know and we’ll help.

My jars arrived with melted chocolate. What happened?

Warm weather can melt some toppings, but it’s still safe to eat. Store it in a cool place and give it a stir. If it’s a total mess, send us a photo—we'll see what we can do!

My package was damaged in transit. What do I do?

We hate when that happens! Send us photos of the damage and your order number—we’ll help you!

Please DO NOT discard your package or contents. Mail claims require you to keep your package until the claim is finalized.

Do you make everything in-house?

Yes! We grind, stir, fill, seal, and ship every jar ourselves to ensure small-batch quality and flavor you can trust.

Can I visit your facility?

You sure can! We're building something special...and our retail store in Butler, Missouri has something for everyone - including handmade pizza, ice cream, a kids play area, and a large variety of our nut butter products.
